Notice : Immediate to 15 days
JD:
• Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow CSM modules (Case Management, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, etc.)
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and applications.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with QA and ServiceNow administrators to ensure timely delivery and deployment of features.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrade planning and testing.
• Maintain technical documentation for solutions developed.
