Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer

Skills: ITSM, Solution Design, Workflow Automation & UX / UI Design

Experience: 5 – 10 years

Notice: Immediate to 60 days joiners are preferable

Location: Greater Noida, Pune & Bangalore

We at Coforge are hiring ServiceNow CSM Developers with the following skillset:
• Solution Design: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements & design customer service solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configuration & Customization: Configuring ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, forms & user interfaces to align with customer service processes and requirements.
• Integration: Integrating ServiceNow CSM with other systems & applications, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and third – party service providers to streamline data exchange and automate processes.
• Workflow Automation: Developing & implementing workflows, business rules and automation scripts to automate customer service processes, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfillment.
• Custom Application Development: Building custom applications, modules & portals within the ServiceNow platform to extend its capabilities and address specific customer service needs.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Designing intuitive & user – friendly interfaces for customer service agents, managers, and end-users to enhance their experience and productivity within the ServiceNow platform.
• Reporting and Analytics: Configuring dashboards, reports & analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights into customer service performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Security and Compliance: Ensuring that ServiceNow CSM solutions adhere to security best practices & compliance requirements, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform configurations & customizations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM & business process automation concepts.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS & other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations & web services.
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
