Job Description:-

Work on requests, incidents and problems against ServiceNow applications

Design and develop of integrations such as Azure AD, SSO, Splunk

Should have good knowledge ServiceNow upgrades

Conduct Healthcheck periodically and resolve errors

Work on license reclamation automation

• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Manage Instance Security – User/Group Access/Access Control Lists, Update Set creation and migration.

• Must be a team player and have the ability to collaborate with others

• Exposure to work directly with the clients and single handedly manage configuration and data related requests

• Work on Notifications, Inbound email actions, Outbound email actions, SLA creation / Modification

• Ability to understand Java Script, Server-side script and client-side scripts

• Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are adhered to in managing the requests, incidents and problem tickets.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Implementation, customization and maintenance experience in other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM/ ITSM/ ITBM/ ITAM/ CSM/ HRSD etc would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of adding users, group, create workflow activities, configure alerts and notifications

Hands on experience with client scripts and business rules. Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, UI Actions/ UI policy/ Access Control Lists, etc. Knowledge of integrations – web service, RestAPI.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills

• Should be ServiceNow Admin certification. Other micro-certifications are also preferred.
