The ServiceNow Technical Admin is responsible for supporting the ServiceNow Platform with a focus in IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery. The Technical Admin will provide support for both functional and technical issues that arise in customer engagements.

tParticipate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
tAssist to provide ServiceNow solutions by working with a technical architect and support the design for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
tHave experience with ITOM Discovery within the IT Operations Management Suite of ServiceNow
tHelp advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
tProvide support for customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.
