Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant with strong expertise in the Telecom domain, particularly in Service Fulfillment and related business processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Order Management, Telecom inventory systems, and ServiceNow Telecom and CSM modules, combined with the ability to engage directly with customers to translate business needs into effective technical designs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate requirement gathering and design workshops with telecom clients to understand business and system-level requirements.
• Develop clear, actionable functional and technical design documents for the development and implementation teams.
• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions aligned with Telecom Service Fulfillment processes and standards.
• Implement and optimize TSM (Telecom Service Management) and TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) capabilities for proactive and reactive assurance.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow implementations with enterprise architecture and integration landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Order Management, Inventory management, and Fulfillment processes for GPON, XGS-PON, and Co-Ax network models.
• Leverage TMF Open APIs and ODA (Open Digital Architecture) principles for scalable solution design.
• Promote ServiceNow best practices and ensure compliance with platform standards and governance.

Required Skills and Experience
• 8–10 years of total experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong domain expertise in Telecom Service Fulfillment, Order Management, and Inventory management.
• Proven experience in solution design, client engagement, and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of proactive/reactive assurance processes and ServiceNow’s corresponding modules.
• Experience in working with Telecom network models such as GPON, XGS-PON, and Co-Ax.
• Knowledge of ODA and TMF APIs integration frameworks.
• ServiceNow CIS certification in CSM or Telecom-specific products is required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
