Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• We’re looking for someone with +10 years ServiceNow development, administration and deployment experience
• You have excellent communication skills, and proven gtrack record as a project or progarm leader
• ITAM, ITOM, Flow Designer, integrations, scoped applications, and automated testing frameworks
• Autonomy and self-motivation
• Teach and share ServiceNow best practices
• A pronounced sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous evolution and learning
Responsibilities
• In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the platform owner and architect, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
• You will maintain and enhance the ServiceNow ecosystem while serving as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring teams on best practices and complex technical solution
• Lead projects, serving as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities
• Act as a team player and closely collaborate with the IT application administrators, platform owner and architect to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs
• Design workflows and processes, and deliver consistent support
