RED Global – ServiceNow BA – Hybrid – India – 12 Months Contract
Role: ServiceNow BA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12 months + extension
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon
Capacity: Full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Over 5 years of extensive experience in ServiceNow modules and solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM.
• Implementation experience in the Change Management module, along with solid exposure to Case and Incident Management solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing business stakeholders while aligning requirements with the technical framework of the platform.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and proficient with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Skilled in handling automation solutions, including NowAssist.
• Good understanding of TMForum eTOM, TAM, and ODA concepts.
• Experience working with Telecom clients is desirable but not mandatory
