Job Title: DS – Application Lead/ServiceNow CMDB Lead/CMDB SME

JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
• An advanced level of proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is recommended.
• Solution Architecture proficiency and ServiceNow Advanced Workflows proficiency at an advanced level are suggested.
• Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow applications.
• Lead and mentor team members on best practices in ServiceNow development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE:
• Service Now
• CMDB
• Solution Architecture
• Years of experience required for each skill: 5+ YEO
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
• Bank experience
• Good communication
