Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB ArchitectLocation: Ridgeland, MS (Onsite Day 1)Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead architecture and implementation initiatives, with a focus on CMDB and TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management) modules.
Must Have Qualifications:
• 10 12 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
• 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Strong knowledge of TSOM module in ServiceNow.
• Ability to relocate and work onsite at Ridgeland, MS.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Architect, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Telecom domain will be an added advantage.
