Job Description
8+ years of experience in Configuration Management and ServiceNow CMDB module.
As a ServiceNow CMDB architect, primary responsibility would be to design and implement effective Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions for organizations that use the ServiceNow platform. This would require expertise in CMDB architecture, ServiceNow CMDB module, and ITIL best practices.
Key Duties And Responsibilities May Include
Designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
Gathering requirements from stakeholders and recommending solutions that meet their needs.
Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams on CMDB architecture and design.
Developing CMDB processes and workflows based on industry best practices and ITIL standards.
Conducting workshops and trainings to ensure effective adoption of CMDB solutions.
Configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB modules including Asset Management and Configuration Management.
Collaborating with other ServiceNow functional teams to ensure effective integration of CMDB solutions with other ServiceNow modules.
Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for CMDB solutions.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow CMDB developments and recommending appropriate solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Strong technical skills in CMDB architecture, design, and implementation, as well as experience in ITIL best practices, would be essential.
Additionally, strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required to effectively manage CMDB projects and teams.
