Experience Range: 8 – 10 years
Location: Chennai
Must Have:
• Discovery Overview · Discovery Schedules Creation · Pre-requisites for Discovery and its configurations · Discovery Issues Troubleshooting · Discovery Reconsolidation Rules for Effective CMDB · Complete Hands-on Experience on Developing CMDB using different end points like Private/Public cloud, Intune, NOC, Matrix 42, On-Prem customer environment. · Service Mapping Overview · Pre-requisites for Service Mapping and its configurations · Service Mapping Configuration Via Manual · Service Mapping Configuration Via Automatic · CI Relationships · Reports and Dashboards
Good to Have:
Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
• CSDM, Mobile Application and Performance Analytics in ServiceNow · Knowledge of the ITIL framework, vocabulary and best practices
Essential:
• Work with customers and understand the current scope for this transformation and come up with a detailed plan with clear timelines.
• Work closely with the team for this new implementation until successful Go-live.
• Should technically lead, handle the issues, front end customer for status meeting and drive this implementation team.
• Ensures that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively
Minimum Qualification:
•15 years of full-time education
•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
