Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow (CIS Certified) professional at Elbert Technology Pvt Ltd, located in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing and managing IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC/IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) modules in ServiceNow. Day-to-day tasks will include configuring ServiceNow applications, developing and customizing workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and providing support for any ServiceNow-related issues.
Qualifications
• Possess ServiceNow CIS Certification
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), or IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Skills in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC/IRM) or Security Operations (SecOps)
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows
for ITSM,ITOM,HRSD,GRC/IRM,SecOps
· Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
