Compensation: $84.00 – $88.23/hr
Role summary
Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for HMIS. Define guardrails, integrations, data model (CMDB), security controls, and non-functional requirements; govern design through build/UAT to go-live.
What you’ll do
• Produce HLD/LLD, data flow diagrams, and security trace to customer cyber principles.
• Define CMDB class model, relationships, normalization, and enrichment approach.
• Set standards for workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and update-set governance.
• Review/approve solution designs; run architecture boards and design reviews.
• Collaborate with HMIS Enterprise Architecture to align with enterprise patterns.
• Guide developers/admins; resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Support test strategy, go-live readiness, and post-go-live baselining.
Required qualifications
• 8+ years ServiceNow solution design; 3+ as platform/enterprise architect.
• Multi-module implementations (e.g., SAM/HAM/CMDB) and integration patterns at scale.
• Deep knowledge of ACL model, encryption, logging/monitoring, and auditability.
• U.S. citizenship.
Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (attach certificate) or equivalent senior architect credential.
• ITAM/ITOM expertise; TOGAF/NIST familiarity.
