Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for ServiceNow Business Analyst professionals with Service Now experience to be part of leading-edge technology projects in London. We’re seeking a flexible, full-time Business Analyst to join our Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice. This full-year contract role comes with a favourable salary and benefits for your expertise.

As a Business Analyst, you will be encouraged, supported, and rewarded for doing what is right for the long-term success of the customer and our business. You’ll support organizational change management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution.

To give you an idea of how this ServiceNow Business Analyst role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
• Build trusting relationships with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution.
• Guide quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• Conduct application and implemented business processes demonstrations to stakeholders; may support preparation of training material and provide user training.
• Validate the configuration of business data and support the technical team with any required custom development.
• Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements.
• Create the matured stories from business requirements in Agile framework.
• To act as a bridge between development team and business to ensure all business requirements are implemented correctly.
• The ServiceNow Business Analyst will work closely with the Solution/ Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.

The successful Business Analyst candidate will need excellent oral and written communication skills and supervision experience working with diverse internal and client teams. You will also require:
• Supervisory and client presentation development experience and executive presence.
• Ability to produce documentation utilizing the MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL.
• Experience managing relationships, operating procedures and service-level agreements with clients and coworkers.
• Experience in test plan creation and execution, including automated test scripts.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• Experience in implementing systems using the Agile/ Scrum methodology.
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards.
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
