Work with the customers in the development of user stories. This individual has the greatest knowledge of how the customer assesses value. The business analyst will validate business value for the project sprints and often lead sprint review demonstrations. They will also participate in exploratory testing to verify that all other parts of the application still function as designed. When the customers are doing UAT or other pre-release testing, business analysts will provide support and knowledge to the customers. Develop and execute the training if training is required for a new feature or data load. Work closely with the project manager and product owner to prioritize work and is responsible for answering any questions from the development team to help clarify any details as they are developing the feature or data load.
