Position : ServiceNow Business Analyst (modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/SPM)
Location : Ankeny, IA (Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Month
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant with at least 2 years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SPM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements workshops and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional design documents.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules a plus.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
