What you’ll do
• Gather, track, and analyze data requirements from multiple functions, ensuring alignment with data architecture and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with data architects and technical teams to identify, validate, and implement solutions, assessing impacts on business functions.
• Analyze discrepancies across systems, perform data lineage analysis, and maintain accurate data artifacts for reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and drive project milestones to timely completion.
• Support cross-functional integration of data initiatives, ensuring alignment with ITSM/ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB, and organizational standards.

What you bring
• Strong data analysis skills, including SQL and relational databases, with the ability to interpret technical material.
• Experience with ServiceNow (CMDB/AMDB), data architecture, and data lineage analysis; knowledge of IT inventory and data center systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptable to fast-changing environments, self-motivated, and accountable for delivering high-quality results.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
