Job Description
we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in CPQ, SOM, and BRIM to support end-to-end Opportunity-to-Order process implementations for SaaS and Hi-Tech clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to partner across multiple business functions to deliver scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis for ServiceNow SOM, Steelbricks CPQ, or Callidus CPQ implementations supporting SaaS product quoting and ordering.
• Drive end-to-end process understanding for Opportunity-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash workflows.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to assess requirements against CPQ/SOM/BRIM solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, GTM, Deals Desk, Finance, and Legal teams to design and optimize quoting and pricing processes.
• Define and document functional requirements, workflow rules, and approval management processes.
• Partner with solution architects to design, prototype, and validate configurations.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, solution design, and system capabilities.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong implementation experience in Steelbricks CPQ, Callidus CPQ, or ServiceNow SOM (any one required).
• In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription management, dynamic pricing, discounting, bundling, and packaging.
• Knowledge of BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and its integration with CPQ/SOM.
• Hands-on experience in Workflow, Approval Management, and User Management.
• Strong understanding of Opportunity Management, Quoting, Pricing, CLM, and Ordering Tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in Hi-Tech or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to SAP CPQ or Salesforce CPQ tools.
• 3+ years in an Architect or Lead role with solutioning experience.
