Key Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and processes.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
• Solution Design & Implementation:
• Design and document efficient and scalable ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Assist technical teams in configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and company policies.
• Testing & Validation:
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and create test cases.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and ensure it meets business needs.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and communicate progress.
• Provide status reports and build positive relationships with clients and project teams.
• Platform Expertise & Optimization:
• Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly modules like ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CSM.
• Monitor ServiceNow performance and usage to identify enhancement opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and capabilities to leverage them effectively.
