Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to streamline Quadax operational performance, improve customer service, and visibility into requests.
• Define requirements, maintain the development backlog, and prioritize the work of the developers.
• Guiding and working with the developers to develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow applications.
• Create detailed documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor and report on the performance of ServiceNow solutions, making recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus.
