ServiceNow BSA – Commercial Servicing Onboarding

Duration: 12-18 months

Job Summary:

Our regional banking client is expanding ServiceNow’s capabilities for Treasury Management (TM) commercial servicing onboarding. We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to be dedicated to the Scrum team, focusing on automating workflow design, integrations with the bank’s Bottomline back-office set-up, and ensuring smooth process execution in ServiceNow.

Top Responsibilities
• Map workflows by outlining commercial servicing onboarding (i.g. back-office set up wires, ACH, positive pay, and other downstream processes
• Identify downstream systems and specify endpoints for automation.
• Work with product management to define requirements regarding what needs to be built and why.
• Write requirements and user stories in Jira along with acceptance criteria creation.
• Build simple analysis models and task flow diagrams including UML diagrams.
• Capture fields, states, SLAs, and dependencies in CSM/FSO tables for consistent implementation.
• Partner with developers to create ATF test cases as part of “Definition of Done.”

Requirements:
• Understanding of commercial servicing onboarding in treasury management
• Bottomline experience, ideally on the back office set up
• Proficient in gathering requirements and documenting processes including UML diagrams
• Solid skills in writing user stories and creating acceptance criteria with a strong understanding of agile and SDLC concepts
• Strong ServiceNow experience with either FSO/SFO or CSM modules
• Understanding of automating workflows and integrations within ServiceNow

Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Jira
