Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM/ ITOM Business Analyst

Location: Erlanger, KY (Onsite)

Job Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT services team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring the effective implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical specifications

Key Responsibilities
• Requirement Analysis Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Solution Design Design and propose ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices
• Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform
• Configuration and Customization Configure and customize ServiceNow modules workflows and scripts to meet business requirements
• Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions
• Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements technical specifications and process flows
• Training and Support Provide training and support to endusers and other IT teams on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
• Project Management Assist in project planning coordination and execution of ServiceNow projects
• Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between stakeholders developers and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications
• Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
• Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of handson experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS are highly desirable
• Technical Skills Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration customization and scripting JavaScript Glide API Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Adaptability Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and other ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques such as RESTSOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies
