Position Overview: The ServiceNow & Azure Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT services across the ServiceNow platform and Microsoft Azure environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, efficient, and ITIL-aligned service delivery through automation, scripting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Asset Management in alignment with ITIL processes.
• Manage and support Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, and cloud-based infrastructure resources.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation scripts to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar) for process automation, integrations, and system management.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in service management, change control, and problem resolution.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across ServiceNow and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud and service management processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and automation.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, including workflow design, catalog management, and scripting.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Azure environments and related cloud services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks with practical application in daily operations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerShell, or equivalent scripting languages.
• Microsoft and/or ServiceNow certifications are an asset.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
