Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

– Design, develop, and maintain ATF test suites and custom test steps for ServiceNow applications.

– Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.

– Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using ATF and other automation tools.

– Conduct API testing, performance testing, and security validation.

– Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

– Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements.

– Work with CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the deployment pipeline.

– Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.

– Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

– Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar.

– Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

– Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations.

Mandatory skills

Prior project experience on ServiceNow Automation.
