Leadership experience managing onshore/offshore teams and driving application support, upgrades, and production issue resolution.

should hold at least one ServiceNow certification (CSA is mandatory; CAD or CIS–Discovery is highly desirable).

Must have hands-on experience as both Architect and Developer in ServiceNow

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
