JD:
ServiceNow Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and owning the overall ServiceNow architecture. This role works very closely with customer stakeholders to design, guide, and govern enterprise-scale implementations involving Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the overall ServiceNow solution and architecture owner
– Lead multiple ServiceNow implementations with a focus on CMDB and ITOM
– Design end-to-end architecture including Discovery, CSDM, HAM, and SAM
– Create high-level and detailed design & architecture diagrams
– Engage directly with customer stakeholders and leadership
– Provide technical guidance and governance to offshore teams
– Ensure best practices, scalability, and data quality standards
– Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer
Required Skills & Experience
– 15+ years of ServiceNow experience
– Strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM
– Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Strong architecture and design documentation experience
– ServiceNow Architect-level certifications preferred
