Description:
• Architect end to end CSM solutions for telecom wholesale (B2B carriers, partners, resellers).
• Design and maintain data models for customers, accounts, services, orders, tickets, and CMDB relationships.
• Ensure consistent data structures across CSM, ITSM, CMDB, and custom apps.
• Implement integrations using TMF Open APIs (ticketing, customer, product, order, service inventory).
• Lead integration architecture with OSS/BSS, CRM, assurance, monitoring systems.
• Define case, contract, entitlement, SLA/OLA frameworks.
• Implement effective Knowledge Management and workflows.
• Provide architectural governance, code reviews, and platform best practices.
• Lead workshops and guide developers through solution design.
