Role Objectives:

ServiceNow Architect will play a pivotal role as the Service Owner and Specialist, ensuring the strategic vision, effective architecture, and day-to-day operational success of the ServiceNow platform. This role aims to assess the candidate’s ability to provide both high-level strategic direction and hands-on expertise in ServiceNow architecture and management.

• Define a strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions, considering scalability, performance, and industry best practices.
• Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Act as the primary owner of the ServiceNow service, defining and ensuring the realization of service strategy, policies, and goals.
• Design and implement integrations to create a seamless ITSM ecosystem.
• Develop and optimize automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business requirements.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for ServiceNow development and usage.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand needs and align ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Servers).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.

Education Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Certified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.

This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and service management, with a proven track record in lead roles.
