ServiceNow Architect/ Practise Lead

Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to develop and lead our ServiceNow practice. In addition to designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our Clients, you will be responsible for developing the practice in order to enable the development of Solutions and drive a strategy to develop revenue based on Service Now. In addition to a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, the ideal candidate should have good commercial awareness and be able to foster impactful relationships with Clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. You will also possess excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities Develop the Service Now practice, including identifying, attracting, and retaining the breadth and depths of skills required for the practice to be successful Develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative ServiceNow-based solutions Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations, leveraging best practices and adhering to established coding standards Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, including creating new modules, fields, and UI policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines for ServiceNow projects Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and conduct performance tuning to ensure optimal functioning of ServiceNow applications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting them in the development of ServiceNow solutions and best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends, and proactively suggest enhancements or optimizations Required profile: Solid experience as Practise Lead with demonstrable experience of practice development Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on architecture and solution design Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Service Catalogue Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) Ideal candidates will also possess Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) qualifications What we offer: Unisys was named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, North America.
