Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – LSD / Operations
Location: Houston, TX (Remote)
Summary:
Senior technical leader responsible for designing and governing the ServiceNow platform for IT Operations and Large Scale Delivery (LSD). Focus on scalability, automation, and alignment with enterprise IT strategy, especially in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define ServiceNow architecture and roadmap
• Lead design for ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and integrations
• Oversee implementations, upgrades, and performance
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
• Guide development teams and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture
• Strong expertise in ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, integrations
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems and APIs
• Background in regulated environments preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
• ServiceNow CTA or CIS certification
• Healthcare IT experience
• Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps/SRE knowledge
• CMDB governance expertise
