Job Description:
ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with hands-on implementation experience in the ServiceNow platform
• Experienced in integrating with upstream and downstream systems, strong knowledge of OOTB spokes and mid-server
• Experience in API to integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation
• Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria
• Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams
