ServiceNow Architect
Location: Dallas, TX/Atlanta, GA/NJ (Hybrid Role)
C2C Role
Help define architecture guardrails, standards, and reference designs for new ServiceNow projects.
Review and approve solution designs, workflows, and integrations proposed by project teams.
Provide consultation on complex issues, including scalability, compliance, and integrations.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements.
Maintain design documentation, integration specifications, and architecture artifacts.
Provide technical RCA for architecture or integration-related issues.
Work closely with Program Managers and Technical PMs to prioritize architectural tasks and issue resolution.
Support onboarding of new tenants by ensuring technical design readiness.
