Position: ServiceNow Architect – HRSD

Location – Dallas, TX/Princeton, NJ – Hybrid Role

Type-C2C/W2

Responsibilities:
• Define and own the overall HRSD solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise platform standards and HR business strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of HRSD modules — HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
• Collaborate with HR business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into robust system solutions.
• Develop detailed solution design documents, including data models, integration frameworks, and security configurations.
• Architect and oversee integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure AD, payroll, identity management).
• Establish and enforce best practices, design standards, and governance models across all HRSD implementations.
• Provide technical oversight to development teams during configuration, scripting, and testing phases.
• Design Employee Center experiences that enhance employee engagement and self-service adoption.
• Guide the implementation of Document Management for secure storage, lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Support environment strategy, instance design, and platform scalability planning.
• Participate in roadmap planning, ensuring the HRSD solution evolves with new ServiceNow releases and HR transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and guide developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture, with 4+ years focused on HRSD implementations.
• Proven experience implementing HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications, and Performance Analytics.
• Expertise in HR data models, role-based security, and employee lifecycle process design.
• Experience integrating HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.
• Hands-on experience with portal customization, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and catalog items.
• Demonstrated ability to define solution blueprints, oversee configuration, and ensure adherence to design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile and ITIL frameworks.
