Job Description:
1. Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow FSO platform
2. Configure ServiceNow FSO Modules, workflows, applications, scripts and integrations
3. Document technical design, development processes and solution configurations
4. Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability
Mandatory:
-Certified System Administrator – needed
– FSO Certified – needed
Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
