ServiceNow Architect

Location : Charlotte, NC ONSITE- Need local resumes only, client will conduct an inperson final interview.

Position Overview
• We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow strategy, architecture, and solution delivery within a complex banking environment.
• This role requires deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to partner with business, security, and engineering teams to drive modernization, automation, and operational excellence.
• The ideal candidate brings hands-on architectural depth, banking or financial services domain expertise, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture, design of ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience on ServiceNow Development, Design, or Implementation experience
• GenAI Optimization on ServiceNow
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant solutions tailored for banking operations, including risk, audit, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Lead integration architecture with core banking systems, cloud platforms, identity systems, and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Financial services or banking experience in payments or check processing systems.
