Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple customer projects. This role is responsible for shaping platform architecture, ensuring alignment to best practices, and enabling clients to maximize business outcomes from their ServiceNow investment. The ServiceNow Architect will serve as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through solution design, integration strategy, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Define integration strategies between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycles, including planning, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Develop governance and design standards to ensure consistency and quality in solution delivery.
• Mentor developers and consultants to elevate technical capability across the team.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to advise customers on modernization and innovation opportunities.
• Participate in pre-sales and solutioning discussions to shape proposals and delivery strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years in an architect or senior solution design role.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or other ServiceNow modules, with proven delivery experience across multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, workflows, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, governance, and performance optimization.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers/administrators.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Technical Architect preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
