Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves architecting scalable solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring platform best practices across multiple modules.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM).
• Define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and platform governance.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, API, MID Server, etc.
• Ensure platform security, performance tuning, and upgrade planning.
• Review development work, enforce coding standards, and mentor the technical team.
• Document architecture, workflows, data models, and technical specifications.
• Drive automation, custom app development, and workflow orchestration.

Required Skills
• 8 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Experience with large enterprise implementations and multi-instance environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, workflow automation, and platform governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
• ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Experience with AI/automation capabilities on the platform.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
