Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR services that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure ServiceNow HR workflows and modules.
• Collaborate with business and HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.).
• Ensure alignment of HRSD implementations with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Develop integration strategies with third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Create solution architecture documentation, data models, and process flows.
• Oversee and support technical developers, providing guidance and code reviews.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and platform releases.
• Conduct performance tuning, security audits, and risk assessments of the HRSD implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, scripting, and integrations.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with core HR platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) required.
