Hiring: ServiceNow Architect Health & Safety Module
Location: Remote (Travel to Omaha required for first 3 months)

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Architect with deep domain expertise in the Health and Safety module and enterprise-level ServiceNow integrations. This is a hands-on architectural role requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and strong experience with ITOM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with IT and business goals.
• Lead Health & Safety module and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration) development and integration.
• Utilize REST, SOAP, JDBC, Integration Hub, and MID Server for system integrations.
• Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and long-term roadmaps.
• Customize UI/UX using JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.
• Provide technical mentorship and hands-on leadership to development teams.
Must-Have Skills:
• 7 15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Architecture
• Deep knowledge of Health & Safety module and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Strong integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, Integration Hub)
• Expert-level scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and customization skills
• Ability to develop and enforce architectural governance and best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Tableau for analytics
• Prior exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation projects
• Strong documentation and roadmap planning skills
Travel Requirement:
First 3 months will require regular travel to Omaha must be open to this schedule.
