Position: Sr Servicenow Analyst
Location: Reston, VA

Position Summary:
This is Business Analyst first – they need to be able to collaborate, map, work through issues with
developers, manage process, etc. They need to be able to work closely with developers, but they won’t
be hand’s on development.
Good comm skills are critical.
MUST have:
8+ years of IT experience (or 6+ with a master’s) with a strong background in ServiceNow modules as an
Analyst.
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM)/ Hardware Asset Management (HAM) / IT Asset
Management (ITAM), including best practices for both on-prem and SaaS environments. Exposure to
ITOM preferred.
Excellent communication skills, very articulate to gather requirements and present solution designs.
Prior work in a SOX environment is highly desirable.
!!!! Person will Gain experience with a greenfield SNOW implementation (starting soon), while supporting
a heavily customized legacy instance.
(this not someone with a lot of ITSM or HRSD experience and some asset management)
We do not want candidates who come from the federal / public sector space)
LOCAL preferred – will consider relo, PRIOR to joining, to within a reasonable commute to Reston, VA
20190 to work 2x per week in office (Weds / Thurs with some flex on days). Person needs to have a
reason to want to be in the area, other than the job.
