Our client is looking to bring on a ServiceNow Analyst in a contractual capacity. This role is hybrid in nature and work must be done on a W2 basis.
Experience Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth functional and technical expertise in the ServiceNow ITSM suite, including:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Knowledge Management
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and processes; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated success working within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certifications such as:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
• ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4).
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules, such as:
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including the creation of performance dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and basic configuration in ServiceNow (e.g., workflows, UI policies, business rules).
