Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Durham, NC (Onsite)

Description:
Looking for skilled ServiceNow Administrators to support SCOM and ServiceNow (SNOW) configuration and implementation at the Durham site.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and integrate ServiceNow with SCOM for automated monitoring and alert management.
• Support setup, customization, and workflow automation in ServiceNow.
• Ensure smooth implementation and documentation of all configurations.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and integration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SCOM, ITSM processes, and enterprise monitoring systems.
