Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator / Architect
Location: Norwalk, CA (Onsite for 5 days) Need only local to LA

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and customization.
• Design and develop solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and ensure seamless data flow across applications.
• Conduct platform upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, solution design, and configuration standards.
• Mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow development practices.
• Ensure compliance with County of Los Angeles security and data standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Proven experience implementing and managing large-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with public sector or government clients.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and change management policies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on schedule.
