Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator – Mid / L2–L3
Location: Mississauga, ON & Vancouver, BC
Employment Type: Contract
Role Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator (Mid / L2–L3) to own platform configuration, stability, and enhancement support across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on administration experience, be capable of supporting upgrades and integrations, and ensure optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage users, roles, groups, and ACLs to ensure secure and compliant access
• Configure and maintain advanced UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Data Policies
• Design, implement, and support Workflows and Flow Designer automations
• Provide operational support for ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, release testing, and post-upgrade validation
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, availability, and integration issues
• Manage MID Server setup, basic configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support audits, risk, and compliance activities by maintaining documentation and controls
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to support platform enhancements
• Follow ITIL best practices to ensure service quality and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration
• Expertise in Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
• Solid understanding of CMDB fundamentals with CSDM awareness
• Experience with Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
• ITIL v4 foundation knowledge or certification
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Experience
• 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in enterprise environments
