Team is moving to the newest version of ServiceNow (Zurich)
Will provide level 2/3 support… will troubleshoot issues that are being raised by the users
4+ years of experience is preferred but may be open to less
Previous experience with ServiceNow from the development or support side would lead to the best results
Previous scripting (JavaScript) experience is a plus but will learn on the job
