We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support the growing ServiceNow Platform team within our Information Technology (IT) department. Our IT department executes with passion and proficiency, delivering to our clients valued services that help them to achieve their financial goals. What would I do?
As a ServiceNow Administrator you will be a part of our ServiceNow Platform team. You will be responsible for the operational support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform such as bi-weekly sprint releases, monthly patch updates, and upgrade cycles. In this role you will be supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Security Operations (SECOPS) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform. Additional responsibilities to assist ServiceNow development team on implementing new functionality and enhancements to Service Portal, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB and Platform Analytics. You will receive the opportunity to research and use new technologies as our ServiceNow Platform team implements the latest ServiceNow features.
This is a great opportunity if you are experienced with ServiceNow configuration and administration in an enterprise environment. Qualified candidates also have experience multiple assignments simultaneously and completing tasks accurately and on a timely basis with minimal supervision. Other desired qualifications include understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, an understanding Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, and working under Agile methodology. Preferred candidates will hold an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
