ServiceNow and CMDB Admin- ITAM (HAM/SAM)

Qualifications:
Expertise in implementation/support of integration with ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management
Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and security teams to improve HAM,SAM activities with broader IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.
SAM Pro Specific Skills:
Configure and maintain the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including software models, discovery models, entitlements, and license metrics.
Execute regular reconciliation processes comparing discovered software installations with purchased licenses (entitlements) to determine the effective license position (ELP).
Experience with scripting (JavaScript) and integrations (e.g., SCCM, Discovery)
HAM Pro Specific Skills:
Develop and implement strategies and automate processes for hardware acquisition, receipt, deployment, maintenance, and secure disposal, ensuring compliance with ITAD
(IT Asset Disposal) standards.
Ensure HAM data integrity within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), leveraging ServiceNow Discovery and other integrations to populate CI data
automatically.
Experience of developing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
Experience building integration with procurement systems – Coupa and Zip
Experience on Integration technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server.
