World Wide Technology is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator . This role is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid options are available)

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $65.00 to $75.00 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Job Summary:

WWT is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the platform operates efficiently and meets the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration: Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, data management, and system configuration.

Configuration and Customization: Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and features to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, forms, and reports.

Incident and Problem Management: Monitor and resolve incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to ServiceNow users, helping them to effectively utilize the platform and troubleshoot issues.

System Upgrades and Patching: Coordinate and execute system upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility and minimal downtime.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or a similar role.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies is beneficial.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
