SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR

to be part of the ServiceNow Operations Team in the IT Area.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
• Assist to Configure and enhance core application including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
• Understand how ServiceNow can help the company to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Support implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in the deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
• Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
• Lead development of systems integrations and process automation.
• Lead the Configuration and maintenance of SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows.
• Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Create and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
• Optimize stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular application maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to design best solutions for technical issues.

Requirements
• ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher).
• Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
• Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.
• Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results.
• 3-5 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
• Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Advanced level in spoken and written English.
