● Experience Supporting technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change
Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Catalog.
● Configure and enhance the Service Catalog, including request forms, catalog items, and
fulfillment processes.
● Utilize IntegrationHub for building and managing complex integrations.
● Develop and maintain solutions using Flow Designer for process automation.
● Proven experience with ServiceNow Workflows development and customization.
